Rising Stars: another EGC client success story

We are delighted to be able to share another client success story with you. We have been working with father and daughter-run Star Combo, an Australian nutritional products business that develops, manufactures and distributes a range of branded vitamins, dietary supplements and skincare products. Despite being from a Chinese background - and native speakers - the Zhang family had not been able to negotiate an entry into the China market. Our team worked with them to assist with an intensive marketing campaign in China which was delivered across a number of different formats, from showroom display, online promotion to monthly business matching conducted from our Shanghai showroom, attendance at leading expos in China. We also employed Chinese social network Wechat and built a database and used eDM to deliver their first international sales.
The business has gone from strength to strength on both domestic and international fronts, recently striking an exclusive deal with Australian pharmacy chain Terry White Chemmart to supply its premium brand, Living Healthy.

The Export Growth China team want to congratulate Star Combo. The company is due to list on the ASX shortly and we wish them every success.
