Kurrajong Kitchen (PND Trading Pty Ltd)

Established in 1993, Kurrajong Kitchen led by Karen & Ben Lebsanft is taking on the next generation and proudly remaining an Australian owned company. With baking over 750,000 pieces per day now, they are very proud of what have achieved.

LAVOSH is Armenian unleavened flat bread. In the early nineties, Karen and Ben Lebsanft perfected their particular technique in Kurrajong Village, and began serving it on cheese platters with dips and salsa. Customers loved it, and the Bowen Mountain couple began selling it to regulars, who would take it home and impress their friends.

Fast-forward 25 years, the Lebsanfts are now one of the Hawkesbury’s true business success stories. Today, Kurrajong Kitchen runs a semi-automated batch production plant in South Windsor, where they make around two million packets per year of their main product - Lavosh The Original Bite. That’s not including the other products in their range, which include a ‘thin’ variety and a larger version for chefs. Their company, Kurrajong Kitchen, has just won Hawkesbury's Business of the Year for 2016 at the annual Local Business Awards.

Brothers In Arms

Brothers in Arms represent the very essence of Langhorne Creek and have evolved from five generations of grape growing traditions. The first vines their great great grandfather planted in 1891 in Langhorne Creek, led to the estate vineyard known as ‘Metala’.

The first vintage of Brothers in Arms saw only 5 tonnes of Shiraz produced, a volume which has now grown to over 700 tons per year. They produce all estate grown Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and blends thereof which showcase Langhorne Creek's ability to offer elegant wines with balance, structure and texture, which are their focus of the winemaking discipline.

Having owned the property for over 130 years the family has taken the protection and enhancement of the environment as a badge of honor. Through the generations they have continued to find a balance between tradition and innovation for sustainable and high quality wine making always reflecting the regional character. They do everything well from the start with focus on quality rather than quantity, being effective and efficient. Since being established they have achieved national & international recognition, with more than 60 bottled beauties being awarded medals in China Wine & Spirits Awards in the past years.

Murchison Hume

M. Kater created Murchison-Hume when they learned that their youngest son had inherited the allergic sensitivities to common cleaning products. After trying all of the available eco-friendly options, they found that most didn’t work and others were loaded with synthetic dyes and fragrance. That was a problem.

Armed with a Mother’s determination, M. Kater sought to create something that was genuinely safe and effective, but also a pleasure to use.

Murchison-Hume Household Cleaning Products marry practicality, SAFETY and style.
