Paula is charged with designing and delivering forward thinking information, online resources and consulting services that help business manage their growth, solve problems and achieve their possibilities.

Spanning a 20 year career in strategy, marketing, sales, product development and PR, Paula has worked for both large and small businesses to develop and deliver successful marketing, brand and product initiatives.

She has held senior management positions across a range of industries, including IT software, HR consulting and accounting, and has built successful operations that deliver innovation, product development, marketing strategies, sales results, and brand and customer loyalty.

Having long held a personal interest in the growth of small businesses, Paula ran her own marketing consulting business for three years, consulting to business owners in the construction, retail, IT and training and development markets.

Ian Bennett

Ian Bennett

Senior Manager, Australian Business International Trade

Ian been helping Australian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) achieve offshore success for over 16 years, by providing trade advice, assisting with strategy development, export planning and implementation and getting connected in overseas markets.

He has good knowledge of offshore investment strategies and is well briefed on Australia’s many free trade agreements. He assists in both exporting and importing for SMEs.

Ian has over 15 years’ experience working in Singapore where he managed an Australian company involved in the marketing and distribution of industrial products through South East Asia. He also worked for two years in Indonesia in the shipping industry.

Prior to moving to Singapore he held a number of management positions in procurement, sales, marketing and regional territory management.

Sara has over 18 years of experience in international trade and business consultancy both in China and Australia. Sara is also a widely-recognized speaker and writer on doing business with China, and co-authored the book Engaging China – The Realities for Australian Businesses.

Sara established and strengthened the strategic alliances with Chinese government agencies on national, provincial and municipal levels, including the Ministry of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal government, etc. She leveraged these partnerships to keep ahead of the market trends, identify opportunities and establish critical business contacts for Australian businesses.

She has a unique understanding of Australian and Chinese business culture and excels in working with Australian teams to devise strategies that resonate with Chinese customers and drive demand for Australian brands and products.
